Overall not bad but my order is missing parts
We ordered this item online on Dec 14, 2019 and received it delivered by Nationex on Dec 17, 2019. The delivery was so fast. The TV Stand is easy to assemble, sturdy, the paint finish is excellent, the item was very well protected in the box, no damage on wood and glass doors, good kind of hardwares (soft closing hinges). We are happy and satisfied with this TV Stand, perfect size in our Condo Unit. When I ordered this item, I forgot to include the free LED lights. So, I called Loft Design and spoke with Peter who is very helpful, with excellent customer service skills, polite, kind, and had it added and delivered a week after we received the TV Stand which is exactly what he said it would take to deliver the free LED lights. It's beautiful! In addition to this, the Nationex delivery man was also polite and careful taking the big box in our Condo Unit.
Thank you Loft Design Company at last we have found the kind we like after so many days of looking for a TV Stand of this size, luxury and classy look.
The item is pretty impressive and it’s worthy of it’s price especially if you applied the discount price. Delivery was on time and a quick response to their customer service.
