LOFT Design Company offers FREE National Shipping across Canada
Shipping times vary throughout Canada. All of our TV Cabinets and accessories are shipped from our warehouse in the greater Toronto area using preferred carriers (FedEx Ground, UPS or Nationex).
A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours (on business days) once your order is shipped following an order confirmation.
Our products are processed and will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation during business days and on Mondays when an order is received over the weekend.
Expected shipping times are:
1 to 3 Days: Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal
3 to 5 Days: Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver
Please note that the above shipping times are our average shipping times. Actual shipping times may occasionally vary based on external uncontrollable factors. Upon processing your product(s) order (within 24 hours of purchase receipt) we will share with you your tracking and shipping details. If there were any unexpected delays we will clearly communicate with you to ensure you are aware of when to expect your order.
All orders unless otherwise specified require a customer signature upon delivery. We do this in order to protect you, ensure orders arrive safely and ensure accountability throughout the end to end shipping process.

We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.
Please note: You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it, in order for our delivery partners to collect.

The LOFT Design Company manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.
If you're experiencing a warranty issue, get in touch with our team. We will work to address the issue and ensure that the product is good as new. This may involve shipping you replacement parts, organizing repair, or a complete replacement.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Examples include: wear and tear from normal use, coating wear, scratches, structural damage from transport or rebuilding of cabinet etc. LOFT Design Company Limited reserves the right to request photographs of the damage and may only replace the damaged part.
It is advised that the furniture pieces be built by a proper trained assembly service and is not responsible for damage or replacement of parts resulting from incorrect assembly.
Return Shipping Fee
In the event that an error was made and the wrong size and/or color was delivered, LOFT Design Company will pay the return shipping charges.
If you decide to return your LOFT item(s), we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping fee for items in 'as new' condition within 30 days of arrival. Items in less than new condition will be assessed case by case. To keep prices competitive, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns Must be in 'As New' Condition
Furniture purchased may be returned as long as the product is in 'As New' condition and original packaging.
We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging. If the product is returned damaged our team will assess the returned item within 48 hours of receipt. Physically damaged products may be granted partial refund upon assessment.
