We process all orders received during the week within 48 hours, and weekend orders on Mondays. All orders are typically delivered within 2 - 8 business days depending on location. Please refer to our Shipping Page for additional Details. We always share tracking and shipping details upon processing an outbound shipment. All tracking details are shared immediately prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions or concerns are worried that your item has not yet arrived, please contact us and someone will promptly assist you.

Typical shipping times are as follows: 

          3 to 5 Days:      Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal
          5 to 10 Days:      Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax, Saskatoon

Please note that the above shipping times are our average shipping times. Actual shipping times may occasionally vary based on external factors. Upon processing your product(s) order (within 48 hours of purchase receipt) we will share with you your tracking and shipping details. If there are any unexpected delays we will clearly communicate these to ensure you are aware of when to expect your order.

All LOFT furniture is shipped in flat-packed parcels that require assembly. This allows us to keep our costs down while offering unique one of a kind designs.

Most LOFT TV cabinets take between 1 - 1.5 hours to assemble. Each models expected assembly times are detailed in the products details and dimensions.

If you have general assembly questions or concerns we're always happy and available to help. If you are unsure how to assemble we recommend hiring a local furniture assembly service. Most major Canadian cities offer furniture assembly services. We're happy to recommend local trusted services we've worked with in the past: info@loftdesigncompany.ca

Please contact us we will promptly exchange and replace your order at no cost to you. Having said that it is very rare for an incorrect unit to be received. If you encounter any issues with your delivery or product simply let us know by sending us a quick email at: info@loftdesigncompany.ca and someone will promptly assist you.

We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

·       Furniture items must be unused and unassembled in original packaging

·       Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a full refund less shipping fees (if applicable).

·      The customer is responsible for return shipping fee’s.

·       A $25 re-stocking fee applies for all furniture returns.

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
