Yes, all LOFT furniture comes with clear instructions for assembly, hardware components and an allen key. Hammer and screwdrivers are not included. For more on TV cabinet assembly instructions please see below:
We process all orders received during the week within 24 hours, and weekend orders on Mondays. All orders are typically delivered within 2 - 5 business days depending on location. Please refer to our SHIPPING Page for additional Details. We always share tracking and shipping details within 24 hours of processing a shipment. If you have any questions or concerns are worried that your item has not yet arrived, please contact us and someone will promptly assist you.

All LOFT furniture is shipped in flat-packed parcels that require assembly. This allows us to keep our costs down while offering unique one of a kind designs.
Most LOFT TV cabinets take between 1 - 1.5 hours to assemble. Each models expected assembly times are detailed in the products details and dimensions.
If you have general assembly questions or concerns we're always happy and available to help. If you are unsure how to assemble we recommend hiring a local furniture assembly service. If you receive the wrong product, part or missing pieces let us know and we will promptly ship replacements at no charge. If you need to return an incorrect shipment, we will not charge for any wrong parts or products. Our quality team check your furniture to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage, missing pieces and wrong parts are rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it. If you’re not happy with the goods when you inspect them, let our delivery partner know or note this on the form and contact us.
Please contact us we will promptly send you any missing components at no cost.
We're sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery or within 30 days of delivery by contacting us. Once you have notified us of your unwanted item, we will arrange for collection of the item by our courier, who will advise you of a proposed collection date shortly after. You will receive a full refund (less return or collection costs set out below) once the product has been returned to us.
