RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Standard Policy:

No-hassle returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns of unused/unopened product up to 30 days from delivery, no questions asked. Easy return policy exists on all LOFT products in case you're not happy with anything. If you experience buyer’s remorse or change your mind, simply contact us and we will assist you with returning your item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

·       In the event you change your mind, experience buyer’s remorse you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

·       Please contact info@loftdesigncompany.cafor LOFT Design Company return warehouse address.

·       Furniture items must be unused and unassembled in original packaging

·       Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a full refund less shipping fees (if applicable). The customer is responsible for return shipping fee’s.

·       A $25 re-stocking fee applies for all furniture returns.

·       All items will be inspected upon return.

CANCELLATION

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

Yes, cancellations which have not yet shipped are subject to a FULL refund. If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

Cancellations made after dispatch or processing are subject to a $25 re-stocking fee + outbound shipping fee's incurred for furniture items.
