1 Year Full Warranty Coverage
The LOFT Design Company manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and all components for one year from the date of delivery.
Any and all replacement parts covered under warranty will be provided to you at no cost. This includes both shipping and any parts required.
If you're experiencing a warranty issue, please get in touch with our team. We will work to address the issue and ensure that the product is good as new, we're here to help. This may involve shipping your replacement parts, organizing repair, or a completely new replacement unit, if required.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Examples include: wear and tear such as; coating wear, scratches, damage incurred during assembly, structural damage from post-assembly transport or rebuilding of cabinet etc. If you open your box and find damage not initially detected when signed for please contact us.
LOFT is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect assembly. However we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you encounter any questions or concerns please do let us know, we’re here to help.
